Original DeepSeek Harness Desktop community-edition code is released under the Apache License 2.0. Upstream deepseek-harness code remains under the MIT License.
Third-party components remain under their respective licenses; their copyright, attribution, and NOTICE obligations are unchanged. Closed-source or commercial plugins distributed through separate channels are outside the community edition's Apache-2.0 grant.
Open-source licenses grant no trademark rights in DeepSeek, DeepSeek Harness Desktop, or marks owned by others. For a particular release artifact, the authoritative license materials are those shipped with and integrity-checked for that artifact.
